Making an Impression: Early medieval decorative techniques

Making an Impression: Early medieval decorative techniques – £35.00

From leather dye to lapis lazuli, participants will learn about the types of decorative techniques used on some early medieval books,” says Linette.  She goes on to tell us you can, “then create your own images using both medieval and modern pigments and tools. Our panels will be made of undyed veg-tan calf and then dyed, tooled and painted during the class. Suitable for beginners.”
