Drum Leaf Binding Workshop

August 21 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

Drum Leaf binding
In this full day workshop you will create a drum leaf binding with Bradel style covers. You will receive a kit with all the relevant materials and will be shown how to assemble the textblock and make a case to fit allowing the binding to lay flat. This style of book is perfect for binding printed content without paginating sections so a good technique to learn.

This is a practical workshop conducted online via Zoom. There is a limit of eight participants.

Booking

If you would like to attend please contact claireredfern@sky.com before 22 July, Claire will then contact successful applicants with details.  The course materials will be sent by post in time for the start of the course.
