The Birmingham & Central region's membership is drawn from Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Powys as well as the West Midlands.
The meetings held by the Birmingham & Central region are a mixture of talks, practical demonstrations and workshops.
Non-members are welcome to attend.

Maureen Duke: Inlay and Onlay (demonstration
and workshop)
This Workshop has been held over from July last year, and we are very pleased
to say that Maureen is now able to come and run it. You will need to bring the
following materials:
A sharp knife – .can be any craft type (disposable blade) or scalpel
A thin pointed bone folder
A small cutting mat or board
Thin brush for glue and/or paste
A good pencil and steel straight edge
Waste paper
In addition, Maureen will supply the following for a charge on the day:
Leather mounted on boards and fine pared leather for onlays
Brass scribers in wooden handles (if you came to Maureen’s last workshop at Malvern, you should have one of these already, so please bring it).
10.30 am – 5.00 pm
The number of places will be limited to
12 and the cost will be £10 members, £15
guests, plus a charge for materials payable
to Maureen. Please note that this workshop is
full.
