24.7.08 Trip to Windsor Castle with an opportunity to see the library conservation area and view some of the historic/special bindings from the Royal Library.  
13.9.08 Full day, hands-on workshop covering both inlay and onlay with Derek Hood. Rode Village Hall

23.10.08 A trip to Trowbridge to view the Chivers/Period bindery, along with a tour of the printing works of their parent company, Cromwell, sited on the same industrial estate.
