We cover the counties of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northants, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. Our meetings are usually held in Linton Social Centre, 8 miles south-east of Cambridge (map) or at Chesterton Community College, Cambridge (map).

Some materials will be available but please bring: any scraps and offcuts you have to help out, and the usual small tools. Everyone welcome. We may try out a few ideas for the have-a-go day on the 28th but we will also have a chance for a good exchange of hints and tips, something we don't always have time for at other meetings. | Linton Social

| 09.02.09 to 06.03.09 | Cover Story - an exhibition of bookbinding. Contributions are invited for this exhibition, organized by the East Anglian region. We hope to show all aspects of bookbinding: the traditional, fine binding, design binding, conservation/restoration and book arts. We are also organizing events to go with the exhibition. To help launch the centenary year of the British School of Leather Technology we hope to include a look at the use of leather in bookbinding.
