PRICING

Full Delegate:
3 nights’ accommodation and all meals, tea and coffee from dinner on the Thursday evening until breakfast on the Sunday morning.

Members, GBP340
Non-members, GBP375

All rooms have en-suite showers and are single occupancy. Adjacent rooms can be requested.

 

Day Delegate (Fri/Sat):
Includes lunch and tea/coffee but not dinner. The Conference Dinner on Saturday evening is £35 extra.

Members, GBP100
Non-members, GBP120

 

Non-members who register as full delegates or as day delegates on both the Friday and the Saturday will receive membership from the date of their payment until the end of 2007. They will receive all SoB publications including BOOKBINDER, the SoB Journal.

Delegates requiring accommodation at the University before and/or after the Conference should email:
central-reservations@york.ac.uk
or call the University’s Bed & Breakfast line on 01904 434870. Please specify that you are a Conference delegate when you book.

The University will do its best to give you accommodation in James College where the Conference is being held, but this cannot be guaranteed. Partners and friends accompanying delegates but not attending the Conference can use the Bed & Breakfast line and should inform the University that they would like to be accommodated in James College.
